A cafe that’s affiliated with James Hoffman, I feel like Prufrock is a cafe that should be the #1 destination of any coffee lovers’ pilgrimage. I wasn’t disappointed. We had a classic Flat White, a festive Pumpkin Spice Latte, and toasted buttered Banana Bread. It was probably the best Pumpkin Spice Latte I’ve had (that doesn’t taste too sweet or artificial). The Flat White was good, it was fruity and a bit to the sour side but that’s how I personally like to have my coffee. Finally, the Banana Bread was a nice afternoon treat that goes well with both coffees. I’m looking forward to trying out the brunch soon as well. Fingers crossed it’s just as good! Prufrock is worth the visit.

I went here with big expectations. Sadly they missed on most levels but the food. The food (breakfast bun) was literally amazing. The mustard vs the vs the bacon was just amazing. Sadly the service was not good at all, there weren’t that many people on arrival and it was that busy during our time at the cafe. But it took forever and ever for us to get some service, and when my food arrived it took another 30 min for my coffee to arrive. My wife ordered a cappuccino which was literally cold on arrival so we asked them to remake it, which took another 10 minutes, when the new one arrived it was still not hot, but we didn’t bother to ask for a new one again. Once on payment, we were never asked if we were happy with our visit nor did we get any eye contact or asked if we wanted the receipt. It makes me sad because I think this place is so much better than what we saw and I really love the idea of the old coffee machine from the 60s that I tried coffee from. And the interior is cool. I wanted to give them an even lower rating but the food was just so good.

Lovely time at Prufrock Coffee. We arrived early in the morning directly from the night train to have breakfast and coffee. I've been planning to visit Prufrock for quite a while now (thanks to James Hoffmann), and finally having the opportunity, Prufrock didn't disappoint. Lovely, creamy yet distinct cappuccino (Square Mile coffee), amazing eggs Benedict. High quality tea with 3 (!!) refills and lovely porridge. The staff was nice and helpful and the place had a great atmosphere with nice music. Next time I'm around I'll definitely go back!

After long time expectations and being a James Hoffman fan, I decided to come here for a breakfast. The staff was very welcoming as we came in, but never bothered mentioning that the menu is on a tiny QR code on the table, until we asked. We had the mushroom toast with an addition of a poached egg, which was amazing and also the juices they sell were quite delicious. Now to the problems: the service starts getting slow as the place go full, making it very hard to even get someone attention, let alone get your order. The flat white and americano were quite average - not sure which blend they use for the espresso based drinks, but it’s not really my cup of coffee (felt too dark and strong). Tried the rose and pistachio cake, which was for sure not fresh, the staff wasn’t really appreciative of my feedback and almost made a clear effort to show that. Won’t come back again, as there are enough places out there that Kyle provide a better value for money.

-Good filter coffee. -Tomatoes on a toast was my favourite food ( didn't expect that but... Is simple and very tasty!) If you expect a good coffee everytime no matter what, this is the place. The staff is very friendly - also good fair prices (for 2 people) for a light lunch. + grain coffee, filters, chocolate and books (from Hoffman and other authors etc)
