Staff are so friendly, was supported by a wonderful lady, she new where everything was in the store and about all the jewellery, even what size bracelet would suit best. All they ladies were so friendly. Will definitely visit again soon
Five stars for having a ring my wife wanted for her birthday. We have shopped in so many different areas to find a ring my wife would be happy with. Service was excellent in the store as well.
I have had 2 engagement rings (from the same man) 1 a solitaire the other palladium with 3 diamonds (called FOREVER DIAMONDS) thats a joke because both lost the stones When i asked for a quote for repair i was told that the 3 stone was a bad design by member of staff as the stones were only held in by 2 claws I wrote to H samuels stating this and the fact they are called forever diamonds and asked if they would take liability for the design and assist with repair costs Well the response was an abrupt NO The staff were apologetic in store so i cant fault them but i would never buy anything from here again ????
Staff here are great & bought a few items , Chris very honest & has looked after me each time I’ve been in, love this guy, never feel rushed or pushed into buying something & he is very good on giving a fair deal
Tried calling 3 days in a row (because I’m out of town) to return an item that was sent to the store. Called and seconds after calling again the line was busy. Honestly just want to return a ring I had sent there, which took 2 weeks…. So I instead bought it online and it took 24hrs to come.
