Visited the store along with my girlfriend as a part of her birthday surprise. The Client Advisor (Scarlett) ensured to make the whole experience memorable. She was able to guide us well about the intricacies of the ring we purchased, it’s resale values, basic care required for the jewel, etc. A shoutout to Mr. Leo as well, as he was the one who helped me plan the surprise. For all the lovers or family members who are intending to gift a surprise, the Tiffany Store in Covent Garden is a great spot.
Went in to exchange a silver bracelet I bought in the Old Bond Street branch. I had such awful customer service there that I won't go back to that branch. The Covent Garden branch was so different. I had great customer service from Isanah. She exchanged my bracelet for a larger size. Isanah made me feel special and appreciated. Excellent customer service
I visited Tiffany's and had a conversation with one of the consultants, Paige. When the Tiffany event was brought up, I explained that I had been attempting to get tickets but had been unsuccessful for weeks. Paige graciously added me to the list after the conversation. Both the experience and the client service were amazing. Thank you Paige for allowing me to have a once In a lifetime experience.
I had a lovely experience in store yesterday with a sales associate called Scarlett. Scarlett was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to locate the ring I was looking for very quickly and I was delighted that it was available, the last one, in my size. I would definitely recommend a visit to Tiffany Covent Garden based on the experience I had in store yesterday.
I walked in knowing the necklace that I want to purchase. The gentlemen at the door were friendly and directed me to the woman standing at the display case that I wanted. She did not even acknowledge my existence after patiently waiting for more than five minutes. Very rude and unprofessional. She could have acknowledged me and stated she’ll be with me once she’s available or sent another colleague over to assist me. I left disappointed.
