    The way the staff behaved was pathetic, other than a male staff, everyone else behaved like they are doing everyone a favour by just being there let alone helping anyone. I picked up an earring and the lady wanted to make the bill, I told her I wanted to shop more, she went away. Then after a few minutes she came back and asked if I want to buy the earring or not. Thats pathetic service! The lady manager is the worse as I could see she doesn't care. The only person I saw who was enthusiastic was a male staff. never again!

    I visited the store on 23.12.2022 around 3:30pm. The person who dealt with me was a male manager. He was uninterested with very poor customer service. I really think as a manager he needs to model the right behaviour towards customers so the rest of the staff can follow. I don't think I will ever come back to this branch the Hsamuel in Oxford street is way better.

    My experience of buying a necklace at the Stratford branch today was very poor, while being serviced by an assistant named Khadjila. After reading the negative comments below about customer service, I just wonder why would such a big brand not take any action… The people working CLEARLY hate their workplace, Khadjila barely spoke after I tried to ask a few questions or answered with 1 word which didn’t explain anything at all. I left the shop with a “Thank you” and she just looked at me and didn’t say a word. The most basic “thank you, have a good day” or even a simple smile back would have been something, much better than just staring. I am not a highly demanding customer, but I will always point out when a member is being rude and disrespectful because that’s just not how a “sales” person should be like, after someone is spending their hard earned money with them!

    Went in a couple of times after ordering online. The first time staff ignored me as I waited to be served. I didn't even get acknowledged and had to eventually ask for help. Then when I was demanded rudely for a text message which shows i am collecting a item I didn't receive one and the guy demanded thats the way it is and without that I cannot collect. I showed him my collection email that I received instead and he simply just walked off. Took ages to find my item. Then eventually he found it, he didn't even say anything didn't even ask for ID and literally handed me the item. No thanks nothing absolutely rude. Then I returned after a week to collect the 2nd part of my order and I was again ignored, the lady then asked me what I need help with and she took my details and took 5 mins searching for my order. She kept asking my order number which was so unprofessional. She then ended up calling someone else who asked to see my order details on my phone I showed them to her and she walked off with my phone!! She didn't even ask can I take your phone to the till!! She then searched for my item and again eventually after searching she found it. She packed it and again asked for no ID despite on the emails it's says to show it. The customer service in store was not acceptable. I always buy from h samuel and never ever had a issue with this branch the people are always very friendly but it most certainly has gone downhill. The both times I went in I spent at least 20 to 25 mins there which is not really acceptable especially if all I am doing is collecting. Both times I must have been passed to atleast 4 or 5 different staff members.they all seem clueless. I won't be back I will stick to ordering online for home delivery from now on.

    Very disappointing. We went there yesterday evening. I chose what I want without any assistance, nobody even offered one, but that’s not the case, we noticed 2 staff members standing at the tills one of them was leaning on the counter. I asked if she can assist me to purchase the watch I chose and she rudely replied ok, but there are 3 people I front of you (tone was rude and annoyed), after which she continued to lean on the counter, I looked where are those 3 people but could not identify, so asked what time they close, said 9pm and left to another shops. We came back 20:45 as we knew our shopping must be quick just grab an go and the security stopped us at the entrance. I asked are you closing? And answer was “in 2 minutes” and it was 20:45, then I asked so what time are you closing and he replied “nine but today we close early”. Long story short, never ever again will be back there.
