I've been to many Hsamuel stores around London and this store has by far the best customer service in the chain! I rarely write reviews but they are definitely deserving. I've been here a few times and always find the staff friendly and attentive, and go the extra mile without hesitation. The team really are a credit to the company. I want to say a special thank you to Aziz and Mo who spent an extra long time helping me in store today ???? x
Ordered click and collect because it said I could get it the same day in store, this was on Friday. It’s now Tuesday (4days later) and It still hasn’t been delivered to the store. Disappointing because I could have gone to g shock in Covent Garden but I thought I would save myself some travel time. Update, I Finally got a message today that it had been delivered and when I picked it up they gave me a 2 year guarantee for the inconvenience. So the customer service was actually good in store, they made an effort in the end.
Visited and got there by 17:20 even though their operating hours say until 6pm but shutters we're closed already. Waste of my time making my way there. Not cool at all.
