I bought a diamond necklace online from Old Bond Street, London. Upon delivery the necklace was loose in the bag and not placed in the box (that was just an empty box) and the chain was badly tangled up. I couldn't contact the store by phone so emailed. We spent an hour untangling the chain. It spoiled the moment! All I got was an email reply defending their packaging. They did offer a replacement but I'd already given it to my partner and I didn't want to ask for it back! I won't be using this store again.
We had the very best experience here, lovely welcome and made to feel very special Very helpful and nice staff. The store has 2 floors
Went here at very short notice without an appointment with my wife to buy her some earrings for a very important birthday ending in zero! The experience was unforgettable. Despite choosing earrings of more modest value than some of the range we were treated like the most special couple in the world by Catriona. She was amazing in helping us and made the whole experience great fun . She was so helpful and we will be back! Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of visiting and purchasing a bracelet here. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, particularly Cat who was incredibly friendly, professional and attentive- which made this visit special. I was surprised to be treated with such respect, as usually establishments of such standard look down on those of younger ages, however my experience at Tiffany and Co. Bond Street could have not been more special and memorable!
Mixed quality of service from staff at this store and not a great start to have the door held closed by the security man on the door - despite having an appointment. I found the service to be far superior when using the Covent Garden store - they really know how to make you feel like a valued customer, rather than a drunk person at throwing out time on a Friday night.
