Sarah has been amazing from start to finish. She has helped us book the perfect wedding and made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. Sarah has gone above and beyond in my opinion to adapt to us. Every step of the way Sarah has given options, never pushed or pressured us and even helped to bring costs down etc ( rare in the industry I think). Communication has been strong and she’s great to chat with. I feel fully supported and feel our special day is in the best hands. I’m looking forward to working with Sarah and her team as we get closer to our wedding. Would highly recommend!
I can’t even begin to word how much I’d recommend everyone stay clear of this company! I booked my wedding in July 2020 for October this year. The first year they were so helpful and lovely. They I got passed on to their Concierge team. Since then it’s been nothing but issues. My wedding is 8 weeks away, the photographer they claim to have booked has said they have no record of that booking, I’ve brought this up 3 times since may and it still hasn’t been dealt with. I spoke again to him yesterday and he said he still has no booking and says we are at risk of losing him being available on our date. We asked continuously about menus and weren’t given them to be told the week before our balance was due that I should have picked it already before the final balance was paid. We updated our guest list to take people off and paid our final payment to have people call/email saying I owe £1500 for the remaining balance a month after it was due as the planner didn’t take them off. I tried calling and emailing about this and got no reply. I’ve emailed a few times regarding the menu and the photographer and still haven’t had a reply to any my emails for the last month to the point I’ve had to go directly to suppliers on my own to find out information. On what should be an exciting time is full of stress and has really ruined the run up to our wedding. I’ve spoke to other brides using the same company who are all having similar issues. Please avoid if you want to avoid unnecessary stress.
I enquired about a wedding with this company and I had the lovely Suzanne deal with it. She was absolutely amazing made sure we got such a good deal for our budget. Answered every question we had, if you need someone to help you find your perfect wedding I recommend Suzanne! I can’t wait for us to have our wedding in 2024 and thanks to Suzanne she made this happen. Thank you again so much x
Avoid this company . I lost a total of £1850. They are very quick to get a deposit out of you without letting you know it’s non refundable then when I have asked to cancel due to very bad reviews worrying me I have had to lose all of my deposit. I asked to have suppliers details to see if they would be willing to refund any money but they couldn’t provide any details. I understand they have to take deposit to reserve dates but I later find out that they haven’t put a deposit down for my ceremony anyway so they have profited the whole amount. Go local instead they actually care about your day and won’t rip you off.
Candice was our first contact and she was so helpful! And so speedy at getting back to my partner and I. I Cannot fault Claire on her help! I have been in non stop contact with her since our first initial call. She has been so helpful. I have been stressed already about the wedding (not til 2024) and she has made sure all small details on paperwork are correct and all questions are answered. She has made us aware a Lul in communication happens with the company but your planner (Claire is ours) is always at hand for anything between this time! I am so excited for the wedding to come and genuinely could not ask for a better planner and helper! Rebecca and Craig x
