Buying (or selling) a property in London can be an extremely frustrating process. I have been searching for over a year and I had a lot of reservations against London real agents after tens of viewings and one purchase cancelled right before the exchange (vendor changed mind in last minute), previously. We contacted Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices because they had successfully sold a house a few doors away. I admit that we were very curious because the house sale was very successful. We were not disappointed. Gracie Loveday is everything that one can expect from a successful estate agent. She is professional and very fast - all questions were answered and it was possible to reach her at all times - even when she was on holiday! She even recommended a very good solicitor - whom we engaged after we had had problems with our first solicitor. We were very pleased with her choice.
