I had a great time letting through Winkworth Palmers’ green and especially our agent Georgina was exceptionally helpful at every step of the process. As it was my first time renting in London i was apprehensive at first. Georgina alleviated my worries, she was always friendly and helpful, providing open and honest advice and being on hand by email and phone to answer questions quickly. Georgina was helpful from our first appointment which was readily booked in and i was thoughtfully reminded about beforehand with details of the property making it easy to find. The tour of the property was great, we had good access and as much time as we needed to look around and ask questions which were readily answered. Afterwards I had a few questions about paperwork and extra queries about the property after signing -- these were all quickly answered. This great service made our lives a lot easier during a very hectic period! It was a really good experience renting through Winkworth, would definitely recommend them and use them again in future!
Herman is wonderful. He's exactly what you need in an agent. He's exceptionally responsive to calls and messages. He gets on things straightaway. He's persistent with both sides. And he's a joy to liaise with - polite, professional, friendly and firm. There were all sorts of hurdles to get over with our house purchase and Herman helped us through them all the way to completion (and after!). He goes above and beyond when you need him to and that was very much appreciated!
We found ourselves having to move flat at short notice as the owner of our current flat decided to sell the property on rather than continue renting it out. This time of year is when we are busiest, working out of London most weekdays. Georgina really put herself out by scheduling viewing appointments - often at short notice around our work patterns. Having sen a flat we really liked Georgina put us forward to the landlord, the referencing process took a little longer than it should have done but Georgina kept on top things ensuring a good outcome for us and the landlord.
