Tanya is very kind and professional. She takes care of your natural nails underneath the gel and is very thorough with prepping the nail and her work is just amazing and beautiful, she uses real swarovski crystals for nail design as well. The nail shape looks so good as well, thank you Tanya for my princess nails! ????????????
I went here to get my nails done, and it was the most painful and unprofessional experience I’ve had in a salon. First of all, there was no nail Polish available, so the owner only painted my nails with base coat. On arrival, she said I would need to wait ten minutes - which is fine, then she proceeded to eat a burger where she would be doing my treatment. On the salon floor. The main point is that she had no idea what she was doing - during the cleaning and filing process, my nail beds were BLEEDING; she wiped the blood on the towel then continued to push down my cuticles without softening them first. It was so painful. I had no idea what to do. I even asked her to soften them first and she said that’s not how to do it. She continued pushing down on my cuticles and scraping them. Not only this, during this process she was taking calls and texting people. The atmosphere was silent and not relaxing at all. When I paid, she did not have enough change to give me. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. —— I went very recently to her new salon, up the road from the old one and this is where my experience took place. Over the weekend of 21-22 August.
