I have been coming to Beauty Lounge for about 3 years as I live fairly locally and was looking for somewhere to have eyelash extensions for my wedding in 2019 and I am so glad I found BL!!! They are so welcoming and lovely in the salon, they do an absolutely incredible job on my lashes, I am always getting compliments on how lovely they look. I also came with my sister to have a massage and facial and they did not disappoint!! I even called quite last minute and they were so lovely in finding us a slot together. I'd definitely recommend!!
I had such an amazing experience ! Indian head massage was fantastic and the facial was amazing too ! Lovely advices from the therapist as well ! The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and the therapists are very friendly and attentive, would definitely go back !
I am sorry for giving you a bad review few minutes ago. All by mistake that was different salon and it is all deleted now. I only visited you once and massage I had was really good. I was happy with your service. Easy 5 starts.
I am changing my review based on my experience,after 3 appointments at this salon. So,design,ambiance & cleanliness =10+ Regarding the manicure,the ladies work professional but they are poor in options,a limited range of colours from CND-regarding shellac manicure and more options on the normal man,with OPI. So technique good,short lasting shellac.My nails got cracked,very soft and not lasting 2 weeks. I am doing them with another salon,with the same techniques,but using OPI-such a big difference! When I went for my facial there,the lady was explaining the basic methods,how to clean and prepare,nothing that I was not aware of. But by the end of the treatment,I got depressed,she was finding me all the inexistent defects,in order to sell more of their treatments or products.And I went there to relax,to feel better. What I've noticed with the others customers,as well,as they are trying to push the sells with their products,cremes,vitamins,etc.Trying to convince them that they NEED those things in their life,But we don't,this is only marketing. And ladies,I understand that you have a comission from the shareholders but the salon itself,it should be proud because of the services and not for the selling action,seeing results based on the treatments that you are offering.
